WHO I AM AND WHAT I DO.
My name is Christof Görs and I am a video freelancer and illustrator from Berlin. I have been a freelancer since 2013. My core skills are animation, graphic illustration and video production. Especially in the creation of illustrative explanatory videos, I have developed my skills in recent years. I work with the Creative Cloud from Adobe. Especially with After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere. For 3D tasks I use Blender and Elements 3D. I completed my education at the HBK Braunschweig and at the Korean National University of Arts. I studied communication design and time-based media, which I also taught after graduation. But perhaps the most important thing is that I am a designer with all my heart. Even though, of course, there is always a professional setting, there is hardly anything I can be more enthusiastic about and enjoy more than design.
I love to design creative and efficient concepts. Design is much more than just "making beautiful". The guidance of the viewer through visual brands or the meaningful structuring of information is as important as aesthetic brilliance. Furthermore, functionality is an omnipresent factor in design. It is about creating functional concepts that are not only convincing through mere aesthetics, but also through well-considered and far-sighted solutions that are appropriate for the purpose. My customer base ranges from start ups to international companies. I am open for everything. For large projects I am able to put together project teams through my extensive network.
